It's been a busy couple of weeks! Now that folks in my circle of friends have been fully vaccinated, I've been able to see a few of them and it's been SO wonderful! Yesterday I met up with a couple of friends at the local wine bar. We were able to sit outside in the sun and chat and catch up for hours. It was lovely. Though I'm still feeling a bit hesitant about things like eating and drinking indoors at restaurants and bars, it's slowly beginning to feel like things are getting back to normal.
Other than that, life has been much the same - Italian studies, Japanese studies, violin studies, reading and work are the primary ways I fill my days. Things are feeling pretty even keeled, and for that I'm deeply grateful.
Here are some interesting things I stumbled across this week...
+ A little reminder from Marc Rebillet. *wink*
+ Something we all can use - a list of comfort films to return to again and again. I've only seen a handful of these, as my comfort viewing tends towards things like Aliens and The X-Files. But to each their own! LOL!
+ Here's some very important information: how to tell if your wine has gone bad.
+ I love this article about post-pandemic PTSD. Remember, it's okay to take care of yourself and have difficult feelings around things getting back to "normal."
Okay friends, I hope you have a beautiful week! See you soon!
